Bruce Cohn, manager of the Dobbie Brothers and owner of B.R. Cohn Winery, has produced 2008 Doobie Red in memory of long time drummer Keith Knudsen.

It’s a goodwill red, with a.portion of the proceeds donated to charity, including Sweet Relief, which is dedicated to helping musicians with health related problems. (This confirms it – red wine is good for one’s health.)

If you want to try a sip of Doobie Red, stop by the winery’s tasting room June 12 & 13. The winery is at 15000 Sonoma Highway 12 in Glen Ellen, and the tasting room is open from 10 to 5 p.m.
