Drink up, naturally, with as much gusto as carnivores.

2)      Of course, if you roast, grill or slow cook your dish, light reds like pinot noir and Beaujolais will marry well.

3)      Artichokes may be the trickiest of all to pair, but don’t despair. Whites with great acidity make for a good coupling.
